The month gets off to a magical start thanks to a 2 April full moon in stylish, peace-seeking Libra. This diplomatic air sign is all about balance and urges us to consider ways in which we might seek harmony and equilibrium in our lives. Turns out you really can have too much of a good thing. Themes of style, beauty, love and romance come to the fore with a Libra full moon so if you’re ready to get swept up in something special, now might be the time to blow caution to the wind.

There’s action ahead this month when warrior Mars and messenger Mercury spin into go-getting Aries on the 9 and 15 April, too. If you have something you want to achieve in 2026 that you haven’t quite got off the ground yet, now is the time to start taking steps towards that goal. The 17 April new moon will als fall in Aries, offering up an opportunity to get clear about what you want and how you’re going to go about getting it. April invites all of us to aim higher and believe we have what it takes to make a dream come true.

Taurus season begins on 20 April putting self-care and indulgence back on the agenda. Yes, it’s empowering to set a goal and go after it, but taking time out to enjoy life is equally important. Taurus season invites us to seek out a little luxury in our lives. Just know that luxury doesn’t have to mean spa breaks and designer handbags if you don’t want it to (or can’t afford it to!) right now. If your idea of luxury is time alone, a hot bath or a pile of new books, that’s even better. Time spent doing what you love, with people you love, is time well spent this April.

Love planet Venus moves into flirty Gemini on 24 April bringing charm and good chat our way. Just be careful to separate fact from fiction if someone seems too good to be true this month. Rebel Uranus also makes a move into Gemini on 26 April, ushering in a period of collective change and transformation.

Self-expression is back on the agenda! Culture is changing fast! Tech overload awaits! It’ll be keep up or get left behind time for many of us as April ends and that might feel overwhelming. That doesn’t mean letting AI rule our lives though… honesty, integrity and authenticity will hold more power than ever this spring.
