The much-anticipated return of GLAMOUR’s Women of The Year awards, in partnership with Samsung for 2023, has finally arrived, and with it a whole host of major red carpet moments.
Taking place in central London at One Marylebone, the event welcomed a whole host of special guests, honourees, and presenters, with everyone from models to actresses, sports stars, comedians and musicians arriving for an evening set to shine a light on women who are truly game-changing in their field and celebrating feminism in all its forms.
One of the night’s earliest arrivals was the evening’s presenter, Katherine Ryan, in a particularly epic green custom gown by Gyunel Couture.
“I didn’t have a vision for the dress,” Katherine told GLAMOUR, “I just had a vision for the designer.”
“Gyunel knocked it out of the park last year and I was 9 months pregnant then. She made me feel fierce and fabulous even when I wasn’t feeling my absolute best self. So, I couldn’t wait to see if she would do me the honour of dressing me when I’m not expecting.”
Joining her on the red carpet was GLAMOUR’s Women of the Year 2023 global honouree and UK Impact Award winner, America Ferrera. Wearing a white Bardot-sleeved gown with a raw hem and black platform boots, she looked every inch the global fashion icon.
