It looked creamy but perhaps not as glowy as I was expecting, plus the brush that comes on the other end of some of their products has been skipped for this one. Shade-wise, I tried Blush Bling, a warm nude rose, but I’d love to see something a little peachier (another shade Peach Pearl still reads a little too pink for me), so for now, I’ll be sticking with my Glossier Dawn.

I’ve been looking for a new blush as we enter the cooler months, as my go-to coral and plum-toned blushers feel just a teeny bit too summery. This NudeStix blush has been an answer to my prayers. Despite being called ‘Peach Pearl’, the colour teeters more on the pink side, in my opinion – giving you that just-stepped-outside-in-the-snow look.
I originally applied one swipe per cheek straight to the skin and blended it out with a brush, but I didn’t wan’t to lose the glow from the balm in the product so went in again and applied a tiny bit more with my finger. The result was a luminous, hydrated flush of colour which instantly made me feel like a glowy goddess, even with no other makeup on.

I’m all about anything that can give me a little extra glow, especially as we head into the colder months when my skin will inevitably be vitamin D deprived and in need of a pick me up. And I’m especially down for a product that brings two things together – in this case in the form of a glowy golden core and outer bronze stick.
Right off the bat, I loved the creamy texture of the product and fact that it applied so easily. Using it on my cheek bones, eyes and lips, it gave a subtle golden shine that could be blended into a range of skin types. Overall, I was impressed with how pigmented this came up and loved the fact that this doubles as a bronzer and can be buffed out.
