The Testaments cast in full, including who’s returning from The Handmaid’s Tale

Unlike Agnes, Daisy is new to Gilead and its strict rules for women. Raised outside its borders, she is thrust into the oppressive regime as a convert and must quickly adapt to survive; a journey shaped in part by her growing friendship with Agnes.

Lucy Halliday shines in the role of Daisy. A relative newcomer, she previously appeared in Blue Jean and will be featured in the upcoming California Schemin’.

Back from The Handmaid’s Tale, we have Aunt Lydia. A high-ranking Aunt in Gilead, she is responsible for the indoctrination and discipline of young women. In The Testaments, Aunt Lydia grapples with her shifting sense of control and morality within the regime, while leading the next generation at Gilead’s elite preparatory school for future wives, including Agnes and Daisy.

Ann Dowd returns to the role, bringing the same commanding presence she is known for. You may also recognise her from Compliance and Hereditary.
