The best Emily in Paris outfits from season 4, graded

Emily in Paris and, more importantly, Emily in Paris outfits are back! While season 4 brings a new round of uncertainties for Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) and her love, work, and personal life, her fun and unique sense of fashion is something we can always count on with every new episode.

Season 3 turned things up a notch, giving us plenty of looks to keep us entertained (even if the plot didn’t). From coveted designer pieces to her signature camera-shaped phone case, Emily mixed colours, fun patterns, and whimsical silhouettes to add even more drama to her life (as if she needed it).

With the anticipation building for season 4 after almost two years, we were itching to see what Emily would be wearing. Given the circumstances — an affair, a called-off wedding, a pregnancy, and more — you can’t help but wonder how one would dress for such occasions. Luckily, costume designer Marylin Fitoussi figured it out, and we’re just here to watch and pick our favourites.

Below, we take a look at some of the best Emily in Paris outfits from season 4 part 1 in chronological order and grade them based on wearability, affordability, and styling.

Even though last season ended on a sour note for Emily and her love triangle, this season started on a strong note sartorially. Emily looked très chic in green jacquard floral shorts and a bustier set from Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini layered with a pink Jacquemus cardigan. It seems like she’s become a bit more financially responsible, because these items are all currently on sale for about £200 or less.

Emily’s penchant for accessories also shined here. The perfectly coordinated Kate Spade gingham tote gave the look perfect summer vibes for only £210 when on sale. And as if the outfit itself wasn’t cute enough, the marketing pro also proved she’s trend-savvy with the perfect shoe choice. She wore a pair of mesh Mary Jane pumps, putting her own twist on the hottest shoe of the season. Her Nodaleto shoes go for £675.
