What is Black Friday?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday book-end a weekend-long sales event which sees tonnes of our favourite brands – from YSL to Charlotte Tilbury – reduce their stock in price to help you get your Christmas shopping done for less. That said, many retailers now run their Black Friday promotions from the start of November (we’re looking at you, Boots Black Friday deals event) to give shoppers longer to make more considered (less impulsive) purchases.
Black Friday 2023 has kicked off today Friday, November 24th, but the sales are very likely to carry over the Cyber Weekend into Cyber Monday, November 27th. Retailers such as Sephora, LookFantastic and Boots already have a flurry of sales in full motion, some of which are expected to last throughout Cyber Week.
