Kourtney Kardashian just hid her most daring maternity lingerie photo in plain sight

Kourtney Kardashian has been sharing risqué maternity photos on Instagram since her June pregnancy announcement but played things surprisingly coy with her sheerest look of them all.

On October 18, the soon-to-be mother of four dumped a bunch of disconnected images on Instagram, often referred to as a “photo dump” by the youths. The recent pics ranged from a bouquet of tulips from her daughter Penelope to Halloween-themed home decor and what appears to be a preview of her unborn baby’s nursery.

However, nestled in between piles of pumpkins and chic wooden cribs were a series of late-stage maternity ‘fits, including a completely sheer black lingerie set, which she wore while sitting in a makeup chair and “applying” some lipstick. Though she wore nothing but the sheer bra and underwear in the fifth photo, the set can also be seen underneath an equally sheer orange dress in slide seven.

In September, Kourtney Kardashian underwent “urgent foetal surgery” to save her baby’s life. In a recent interview with Italian Vanity Fair, the 44-year-old Poosh mogul revealed that the experience actually helped her “let go” of some of the fear that had been manifesting throughout her latest pregnancy. “Physically I feel great. I like being pregnant,” she said. “I am obsessed with the idea of being pregnant! But this time, unlike the other three, I am being followed by a different group of doctors who, in the first few months, gave me a lot of restrictions.”

Kardashian explained that she was “a little afraid” because she had to be more “careful” than during her pregnancies with Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8. “It took me a while to let go of the fear,” she continued. “I would say right after the surgery I got to the point where I let go, I stopped worrying. Now I talk to the baby every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head on straight, and say a lot of prayers. And I feel really blessed and grateful.”
