Adele brings back this long nail shape with her extreme ‘cone tuxedo nails’

We love a good comeback story. Whether in fashion, hairstyles or beauty trends – everything comes back around at some point. But in a turn of events we didn’t see coming, ultra long nails are making a return, with Adele recently modelling the extreme shape ‘cone tuxedo nails’.

Taking to Instagram, Adele posted her latest nail shape in several glamorous pictures. Posing with tousled hair, her signature smokey eye and on trend brown lips, what stood out to us most were her ultra-long ‘cone tuxedo nails’.

Heidi Klum recently wore a similar style, with Adele’s nails extending at least 2cm and turning into a cone shape at its end, with the singer opting for black and white tuxedo colours.

Adele’s go-to nail artist Zola Ganzorigt was responsible for the mani, with her revealing exactly how she created the look. Unsurprisingly, her 2cm long nails aren’t natural, with them being achieved using acrylic, gel or artificial nails, with the manicure or colour then being applied.

Using a nude shade matched to her skin tone as a base, a small rhinestone was then placed at the beginning of the tip in a cute detail, right in the middle where the two colours overlap.

‘Tuxedo nails’ could just as easily be done on shorter nails, though we do love how they look with this pointed nail shape.
