Our girl Zendaya can do no wrong. Whether she’s serving lewks on the red carpet—turning heads in all things tenniscore for Challengers or archival Mugler for Dune—or being a supportive girlfriend to Tom Holland, the triple-threat performer is always seen in the most covetable outfits.
This week, she’s been spotted in more casual ensembles while going for a dog walk with her Spiderman beau and just living her busy life. It’s quite refreshing, really, to get to see the normally heavily dolled-up actress in her most dressed-down state. Stars, they really are just like us.
While out and about in NYC, the actress wore some baggy parachute trousers, and a cosy grey knit, repeating variations of the look twice in the same week. While similar bottoms can be found at high street faves like Superdry and COS and the jumper is from Reformation, the unassuming denim jacket is from The Row.
The queen of nailing the high-low aesthetic, Zendaya’s go-to formula seems to always include a designer handbag to round out her otherwise pared-down look, which this week included Louis Vuitton’s Neverfull Inside Out tote. The sleek carryall will come in a new array of colours from November 7, including bright pops of cherry and pink.
Another luxury arm candy included Loewe’s Squeeze bag in burgundy, one of autumn’s trending hues, which popped against her cosy off-duty look. Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson’ contribution to the Challengers wardrobe is well-documented, but it’s clear Zendaya love for the brand extends off court as well.
Then of course, there are the accessories. When she’s not on set, Zendaya is always seen in her trusty On Running The Roger Centre Court Trainers and Bottega Veneta sunnies. But this week, she added on a cap, specifically a Bero cap, to support the launch of Tom Holland’s non-alcoholic beer brand of the same name.
