Yung Filly, a British rapper and YouTuber, has been arrested in Brisbane and extradited to Perth, Australia, on charges of rape and assault.
The 29-year-old internet personality, born Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday (9 October), charged with three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, four counts of sexual penetration without consent, and one count of impeding a person’s normal breathing by applying pressure to their neck.
The case was adjourned, and Barrientos is now on conditional bail, which means he cannot contact the alleged victim or post about the case on social media.

Barrientos, who has over 3 million Instagram followers, is known for being part of the YouTube collective Beta Squad, appearing on The Great Celebrity Bake Off and Soccer Aid, and his brand partnerships with Footasylum, McDonalds, and Heinz. More recently, he’s been releasing music as a rapper.

Barrientos is arrested in Brisbaine.
