Sex Education has been a hit since it arrived on our Netflix streaming screens in 2019.

And the show has now also proved to be a hit for the real estate market as the stunning home that is occupied by lead character Otis Milburn and his sex therapist mum Jean is now on sale for a whopping £1.5m. Yes, you heard that right. £1.5 MILLION.

Fans of the show will have the chance to own the spawning house, which is located in Symonds Yat, overlooking the River Wye in Herefordshire. The 18th Century three-floor property, which was formerly a fishing lodge, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and has been praised for being “quite exceptional with stunning views of the Wye Gorge” from its secluded woodland setting, from real estate Knight Frank in Bristol, who are selling it.
