How do the contestants win Celebrity SAS?

Winning Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins isn’t about prize money or trophies; it’s about survival. Contestants are tasked with enduring a gruelling, condensed version of the real-life special forces selection process, and the only way to “win” is to make it to the very end without voluntarily withdrawing (VW) or being pulled from the course by the Directing Staff (DS).

There’s no cash prize waiting at the finish line. Instead, those who succeed are simply told they’ve passed selection — a moment that carries serious weight given the extreme physical, mental and emotional resilience required to get there. And, unlike many reality shows, there can be more than one winner.

In Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins 2025 (Series 7), three recruits ultimately passed the course. Former professional footballer Troy Deeney (Recruit #10), singer-songwriter Lucy Spraggan (Recruit #4), and author Michaella McCollum (Recruit #3) all successfully completed the intense four-week, eight-episode selection process in Wales.

Tune in to find out who will hear those magic words: “You’ve passed.”
