Last year, the Missoma advent calendar was the most-purchased jewellery advent calendar among GLAMOUR readers. So, when the Notting Hill-based demi-fine jewellery brand reached out to offer us the chance to share news of their 2024 drop exclusively with our readers, we jumped at the chance. Naturally.
Missoma was founded back in 2008 by Marisa Hordern, and has since earned itself an army of celebrity fans – from Kate Middleton and Kendall Jenner to Gigi Hadid and Emma Watson.
Need proof? Their Ripple Oversized Stud Earrings racked up a 2,000-person waitlist after being spotted on the lobes of Simone Ashley, Sienna Miller, Bella Hadid earlier this year, while the brand’s Ridge Heart Charm Necklace was worn by Margot Robbie in the Barbie movie and garnered a 4,000-person-strong (!) waiting list of customers eager to purchase as a result.

With credentials that are strong, it’s no surprise that jewellery fans jump at the chance to invest in over £700 worth of Missoma jewellery – for a huge discount – each December. Which brings me back to the 2024 Missoma jewellery advent calendar. Or calendars, should I say.
This year, GLAMOUR can exclusively reveal that Missoma will be launching a gold advent calendar, a silver advent calendar, and a solid gold advent calendar – each containing up to 12 pieces of bestselling jewellery. In comparison to the 2023 releases, this year’s calendars come with a few extra upgrades: embossed detailing, a larger-than-before mirror, and illustrations of Missoma’s signature emblems (like the Shroomie and Heart Warmer) which adorn the reusable box.
While the calendars don’t launch until 11th September for those who have signed up to early access, they’re set to be a sell-out success. So, if you’re keen to take the plunge, you’ll want to get your ducks in order early. Ahead, everything you need to know.
