This article contains spoilers for Selling Sunset season five.
Selling Sunset fans, we have a major update for you. After months of speculation, season 6 is arriving sooner than expected – with the next season of Netflix’s hit estate agents reality show landing in just under a month. The news was released on Twitter today, 20 April, in a tweet from Netflix: “Selling Sunset Season 6 premieres 19 May! And this season, the women of the Oppenheim Group mean business.”
That’s just around the corner, people! The tweet also includes a teaser trailer that’s got us hungry for more.
“I know people think I’m having a midlife crisis, but I’m having an awakening,” says cast member Chrishell Stause – the ex of Jason Oppenheim, who is now in a new relationship with partner G Flip, walking out into a sparkly one-shoulder dress. “But I’m having an awakening.”

We’ll also see Jason’s girlfriend, German model Marie-Lou Nurk, together with (most likely) Brett’s girlfriend tattoo artist Samantha Abdul.

What happened at the end of Selling Sunset season 5?
Last season ended with Christine Quinn’s future at the O Group looking uncertain, after news that she had bribed one of her co-star and fellow estate agent Emma Hernan’s clients. Since the season’s release, a source told E! News that Christine would be leaving the firm to set up a new business with her husband called RealOpen, which allows the buying and selling of property with cryptocurrency: “Christine isn’t involved with any of the other cast members at this point, so her departure made sense.”
The series also explored the relationship between Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim, which sadly ended after the latter realised he didn’t want kids. Jason has since moved on with Marie-Lou Nurk.
