A next-gen vitamin A serum that uses retinaldehyde – a stronger, faster-working version of retinol – to visibly smooth skin, boost radiance and improve texture. It’s legit one of the best alternatives to Botox for anyone looking to stall their trip to the clinic.
Initially, I made the rookie error of going straight in with Strength 10 (mistake – my skin did not thank me). It stung, flaked, and felt a little bit fiery. After a bit of research, I switched to the beginner Strength 3, which was far more gentle and helped me build tolerance without compromising on results. Texture-wise, it’s thick with a slight yellow cast, but it sinks in fast and layers perfectly under moisturiser or makeup. After consistent use, my frown and forehead lines are noticeably softer. If you’re thinking of getting botox, I’d definitely give this a go first as it’s the perfect preventative method (and much cheaper too).
