Millie Bobby Brown could audition for Barbie with this look

Millie Bobby Brown is living her best Barbiecore life this summer. The actor was feeling the bright pink vibes, thanks to a little help from an unconventional blush.

Brown, who frequently shares skincare tips and makeup tutorials on her Instagram, was back at it with a quick blush how-to, featuring the florence by mills Cheeky Pop Blush Sticks. When you think of blush, you probably don’t think of a stick applicator, but Brown is here to convince you to make the switch.

Unlike a traditional powder formula in a pan or a cream formula in a pot or jar, the florence by mills blushes come in a skinny roll-up stick, almost like deodorant, and can be used on the cheeks, eyes and lips.

In her video, Brown applies the shade My Mini, a warm pink, to the apples of her cheeks and blends it with a finger for a just-spent-the-day-at-the-beach, sun-kissed pink flush. Paired with a bright light pink lip and hot pink outfit, it’s the perfect Barbiecore look for the summer season.

The pink blush is obviously the centre of Brown’s look, but there’s another blink-and-you’ll-miss-it detail we love: her subtle brown reverse cat eye! In lieu of a traditional wing on the upper lid, the actor flipped the script with a light brown shadow or liner blended under her lower lash line and slightly winged out. Cuuuute!

It’s a subtle touch for sure, but one that could be worn for a day at the beach, a lunch date or a shopping trip with friends — pretty much anything on your summer schedule.

Millie Bobby Brown is serving up all the summer inspo this season, from her white bride-to-be bikini and red manicure for a day of reading poolside to the adorable gingham bikini top she wore with a pair of jean shorts.

As July fades into August, we’ll be taking a page from Brown’s book and soaking up every ounce of the season.
