She might be best known for her Euphoria character, Cassie Howard, or for her White Lotus alter ego, Olivia Mossbacher, but if you’ve been sleeping on the *actual* Sydney Sweeney then may we politely recommend that those of you with any sort of an interest in matters of the wardrobe wake up?
Because while her much-loved characters may have some pretty major fashion moments – Cassie’s countless Y2K-inspired looks in particular – Sydney is fast-becoming fashion’s favourite new muse. And for very good reason…
She may only be 25-years-old, but having been her acting career at a very young age – securing guest star roles in everything from 90210 and Criminal Minds to Grey’s Anatomy and Pretty Little Liars – Sydney landed her breakthrough role in Euphoria at the age of 21, securing Emmy award nominations and, in turn, getting a number of red carpets under her belt.
Of course, with every red carpet comes a red carpet look – and very few have got red carpet fashion down as quickly, or as consistently, as Sydney Sweeney.
Whether she’s in an embellished Miu Miu two-piece, experimenting with the celebrity-favourite sheer trend, or merely making her way from one red carpet to the next in a boyfriend jean and crop top, leave it to Sydney to take the top spot on every best dressed list going.
