Award season is officially in sight, with this weekend seeing the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards.
The prestigious ceremony, hosted this year by comedian Nate Bargatze, will honour the past year in television. And from The White Lotus and Dying for Sex to Nobody Wants This and Adolescence, there is no shortage of contenders.
Severance leads the Emmy nominations this year with a whopping 27 nods, with The Penguin and The White Lotus receiving 24 and 23, respectively. As well as The Studio (23), The Last of Us (16), Andor (14) and Hacks (14), who are all front runners going into Sunday night’s event.
