Andjoa Andoh, who plays Lady Danbury, added, “These relationships are long-lived between Lady Danbury, Lady Bridgerton, and the queen. That’s what the prequel is going to talk about. It’s Shonda Rhimes writing it, so it is going to be fabulous.”

And there are some fresh faces! From a Netflix press release, here’s who is new to the Bridgerton universe:

Corey Mylchreest as Young King George: Handsome, charismatic, and a bit of a mystery, George has always bowed to the restraints placed on him as the Crown.

Also, Sam Clemmett as Young Brimsley; Richard Cunningham as Lord Bute; Tunji Kasim as Adolphus; Rob Maloney as the Royal Doctor; Cyril Nri as Lord Danbury.
