Beyoncé’s most recent hairstyle is so impossibly sleek and straight, it almost feels otherworldly.
The musician attended the Louis Vuitton menswear spring and summer 2024 fashion show in Paris alongside her husband Jay-Z and a gaggle of other celebrities and took a break from the big bombshell curls she’s been wearing on her Renaissance tour in favor of a pin-straight style that was so pristinely and precisely sleek, it would slide right through your fingers like water. Bey’s sandy blonde was parted in the centre with very little volume whatsoever and flat-ironed to perfection, with most of the hair worn down her back and a few pieces pulled over one shoulder. It’s giving mid-2000s pop star — the kind of straight hair I absolutely coveted back in high school but could never quite replicate with my enormous clunky flatiron.
Bey’s mega-oversized shield sunglasses pretty much covered up her eye makeup entirely (sad for us, chic for her), but she paired the waves with an equally shiny pinky-nude lip gloss, a glam custom Tiffany “T” choker necklace and a luxe yellow pyjama-inspired set with a black Louis Vuitton bag, of course.

We’ve been paying extra-close attention to any hair-related moves Beyoncé makes as of late; we always keep an eye on her looks, but since she teased a potential hair-care brand, we’ve been checking her Instagram for any little crumb of info about what she’s working on. “Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on [my mother’s] legacy. I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating,” she wrote in her post, leading us to believe that a Bey-branded line is not just a dream, but a reality coming to our showers and salons.
