Wondering what jeans for women are trending for spring 2026? Turn up jeans. We’ve already told you how to style them, but now it’s time to show you which pairs are the best to shop now – and I am the best equipped to do so.

I’ve not taken this Marks & Spencer’s pair off since testing them at the end of last year (slight exaggeration, but you catch my drift). Available in black and indigo, the cotton-rich design is available in sizes 6-24 in short/petite, regular and long/tall lengths. So you can play around with just how cuffed you want them to be depending on your height.

I’m not alone on the turned-up jean hype, either. Sadie Sink, Elle Fanning and Lili Reinhart have all recently been papped styling theirs with chic wool coats and spring jackets, and Kendall Jenner stepped out in a pair with a basic white t-shirt and ballet flats (AKA the perfect spring capsule wardrobe).

And, sure, you could argue the best jeans are the ones that stand the test of time, as opposed to those that feel like a fleeting trend, but I’d counter that by reminding you that style is cyclical.

Those wide-leg jeans you favour above all else? They were first fashionable back in the 1970s. Straight-leg jeans rose to fame in the ’50s; this definitely isn’t the low-rise jean’s first rodeo; and barrel leg jeans only became popular over the last few years – but you don’t see them going anywhere, do you?

While the M&S pair is my most-worn of late, I’m already eyeing up some more turn-up jeans to add to my rotation.
