Normally, at this time of year, our feeds are inundated with festive-themed manicures featuring everything from candy canes to snowflake designs. But you can always rely on Hailey Bieber to shake things up a bit.
The woman who made glow-in-the-dark green nails go viral before Brat had even entered the conversation has now co-signed leopard print nails and tips for the festive season, alternating between the two designs on each nail.
In an Instagram post on 7 December, Hailey also gave a masterclass in how to wear this fierce feline manicure, guaranteeing you’re the cool girl at every party if you follow her lead.
Throughout the carousel, her different outfits showcased the versatility of her new manicure created by her long-time favourite nail pro Zola Ganzorigt (Zola also recently created leopard print tips for Vanessa Hudgens).
In one photograph, Hailey Bieber can be seen wearing bold, zebra print trousers with clashing leopard print nails. Continuing the theme, she can be seen matching her nails to her jacket in another picture.
On another day, her bag and nails pick up the leopard print accents against jeans and a leather jacket as she takes a selfie with baby Jack. Even a black fake fur coat, paired with a sparkly top and jeans, looks especially elevated with a touch of leopard print on her digits.
But the biggest surprise is saved for the last picture in the carousel. Hailey opted for a matching pedicure, too, putting double leopard print on our radar for party season.
How to do leopard print nails at home
One option is to choose ready-made acrylics. But if you fancy being creative, you could try painting two coats of a tan or nude polish onto your nails. Once dry, take a thin nail art liner brush and dip it into a black nail polish. Dab tiny spots in different sizes onto your nails – either all over or concentrate purely on the tips. And don’t forget to take a leaf out of Hailey Bieber’s book and give your toes a feline upgrade, too.
